All room prices are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to vary the tariff at any time.
All bookings are secured via telephone or email booking with a valid credit/debit card. A non refundable deposit of 10% of the value of the total booking is required and the balance payable at the end of your stay.

Linndhu House operates a strict No Smoking Policy
The booking deposit is non-refundable in any case.
Cancellations must be made more than 14 days before the date of arrival.
If you cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival we reserve the right to charge the price due for the first nights stay.
If after you arrive you choose to curtail your stay and leave prior to the end of your stay we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the value of your stay as reimbursement for any nights when the accommodation cannot be re-let to other customers.
We accept that most cancellations are due to unforeseen circumstances but to be fair to all our customers we must advise that our policy is firmly adhered to. We would strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any eventuality.
If we need to cancel your booking for any unforeseeable reason we would attempt to arrange comparable alternative accommodation for you. If alternative arrangements cannot be made or are unacceptable to you we would of course offer a full refund of all monies paid.
We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicle or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or any third party contracted to us at the time.
